Working with the Fleury team made the process enjoyable.
November 29, 2004
Dear Dan,
I wanted to write to say thanks for the fabulous home you built for Deb and me. I can’t imagine our home being nicer than the final product you produced. Working with the Fleury team and the subcontractors you use made the process enjoyable.
One particular point I want to reaffirm is that the day we staked out the house I asked for you and you gave me a general completion date. You said that if all went well, with the subs and the weather we should be in by Labor Day. We moved into our house Labor Day weekend. Since I work closely with builders every day, I can say it is rare to have a home built without major delays. I can also say that in working with the Fleury team, it is rare that a house does not complete on time. It takes a professional to pull this off.
Sincerely,
Randy Mostad

Dan has added joy to our lives since we began the building process.

To Whom It May Concern:
When asked about our experience of having Dan Fleury build our new home, my wife and I looked at each other and smiled. The process, even though not quite finished, has been an absolute pleasure from the very beginning. Jen and I tend to stay pretty busy living our lives with our daughter Haylee and what we wanted out of our builder was someone who could do the job we asked, without adding any more to our daily stress and Dan and his team have gone way past our expectations.
Our feeling is that Dan has added joy to our lives since we began the building process. We highly recommend Dan Fleury Construction to our friends and family and going a step further we can recommend Dan to complete strangers and know that we are doing them a favor!
One final thought is that at every step along the way, when my wife or I felt like we needed to raise a question with Dan about something in our house, we began to understand that we were just wasting our time, meaning that he was already ahead of us and had the “answer” to even the smallest detail! A proficient professional with a dose of humble modesty and incredible efficiency is how my wife and I describe Dan Fleury and the experience we have had the good fortune to enjoy over these past few months.
Respectfully,
Dale, Jennifer, and Haylee Haarr

We have been impressed by Dan’s ability to honor his word.

To Whom It May Concern:
We met Dan during the Fall Parade of Homes in 2006. We were just leaving his Parade Home and we met him on the sidewalk, and he jokingly said “You didn’t like it a bit, did you.” We thought that ironic since it was the last home on the tour for us and our favorite. After that encounter, we knew that his personality would suit us well. During the next two months, we began collecting plans and thoughts on our “dream home.” Remembering Dan’s personality, we decided that he would build our home, and we met in his office in December of 2006. We eventually finalized our plans and began digging in March. He had assured us that we would move in by Thanksgiving as we would be hosting dinner for both of our extended families.
Over the next several months, things seemed to progress well and there were few complications, but we had some unique experiences. First, the day that they were to pour our foundation was the day that JTL went on strike. Thankfully, Dan had some foresight and had ordered the concrete through another vendor. Yeah! We dodged a huge delay. Then, during the exact week that our framers were to begin framing they were called to another job – Extreme Makeover: Home Edition! Again, Dan came through and we continued the building process without delay. It was no surprise that we closed the day before Thanksgiving, just as he had promised, and we hosted our much anticipated Thanksgiving dinner!
We have been impressed with Dan’s instincts and suggestions. We have found that he has built an amazing quality of home. He always wanted our opinion on building decisions, but then based upon his years of experience would suggest ideas that we hadn’t even thought about. For example, he decided that we should have larger windows on the west side of the house and now we bask in sunlight and enjoy the beauty outside. The two-story spiral staircase gives the house the appearance of a castle, which has prompted the school bus driver to tell our son “Master, your castle awaits” when she drops him off from school.
We have also been impressed by Dan’s ability to honor his word. Once we had a contract signed, he made sure to complete his part of the contract under all circumstances. There was an occasional project completed which ran over budget, but he was always willing to absorb those costs, and I am convinced that he has absorbed costs that we don’t even know about. We are impressed with his honesty and commitment to our house. He takes pride in his work, and it shows as evidenced by him frequenting the job site. He wanted to be a part of this process but also wanted us to be a part, and thus we had many meetings in his office, meetings at the job site, or communication by phone. He was always attentive to our concerns or needs, and we were never led to believe that we were interrupting him or a distraction to him. He has never said this but I’m sure he has adopted a motto of “I’ll do whatever it takes to make it right!”
It is truly an honor to share our thoughts about Dan Fleury and our experience of working with him. Thank you Dan.
Sincerely,
Brad and Melissa Fuller
